Returns

We are happy to accept returns on most items, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. All packaging, tags, and accessories must be included with the return.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, if possible, to ensure safe and secure transit back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item

Refunds

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.

International Returns

For international orders, please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. We recommend using a trackable service to return your items.
